Shipping Methods

The specific shipping method used for your order will depend on the product type and delivery location. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $39.99 (included). The cost for standard shipping is set at $2.99.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will also contain your tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the timeframe stated above, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to potential unforeseen delays by the courier or due to other external factors. In the event that a delay occurs, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Exchanges & Returns

We accept returns of electronic products within 30 days of the receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item using the process outlined above, and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective electronic item, please contact us immediately at support@joyfulvita.com. Provide details of the issue along with your order number. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a certain amount of days for the refund to be posted to your account.
